Who We AreThe Lunenburg Music Aiders is a volunteer organization whose sole aim is to support the music programs in the Lunenburg public schools through volunteering and fundraising efforts. While most volunteers are parents of current students, we have also had volunteers who are parents of alumni, or are alumni themselves. We encourage anyone who wants to support music in Lunenburg to join the Music Aiders. What We DoOur volunteering and fundraising supports the Lunenburg music programs through purchasing of capital items like music, uniforms, risers, etc., and also through volunteer efforts to help assist in supervision of rehearsals, practices, and music-related functions. A key fundraising activity is the concession stand at Lunenburg High School football games which is run by parent volunteers. We also run a citrus sale, and have other assorted fundraisers. |
